Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change your order or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Because our products are being made to order, we will not accept order changes or cancellations after the 24-hour grace period or if the order has shipped.
We will consider wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss the details of your request.

We do not collect credit card information on our site. We process all payments via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. We operate in Baltimore County, Maryland. We will assess the state of Maryland sales tax (6%) for all orders by Maryland residents.
Shipping Method and Delivery
All orders ship from Maryland. Our standard processing time is 7 to 10 business days unless we note otherwise. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
Weight-based shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.

Due to our made-to-order and small-batch products, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.

Product and Shipping Issues
If you believe we have sent you the wrong item in error, your package arrives damaged, or if you have a shipment issue (package is lost, misplaced, or marked undelivered), please contact us immediately to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We are not responsible for postal errors after your package has been shipped and marked “DELIVERED” to your address.
We allow 15 days from the USPS delivery date to report an issue for resolution. We will not consider issues reported on or after the 16th day of the USPS delivery date.

Every product we make and sell may contain natural essential oils, fragrance oils, butters and/or other raw ingredients to ensure quality products that will enrich and nourish your skin and hair. Our products are free of parabens, petroleum, lanolin, or mineral oil. Products that contain beeswax and silk protein will be labeled accordingly. The type of hydrolyzed silk protein used in our products is a non-animal protein source and is substantive to skin and hair while providing a protective barrier.

Free product samples are given at the owner’s discretion with paid orders. We do not give away free products or samples for product reviews.
